I recently enjoyed speaking with the incredibly talented Romina Kavcic on The Design System Guide podcast. 

We had such a fun and insightful conversation about design systems and the recently completed Kajabi rebrand! Our discussion touched on everything from the power of web components and the critical role of leadership to the challenges of clear communication. We explored strategies for versioning, the ongoing struggle of naming things, and finding the right balance between moving fast and staying prepared—especially during major rebrands. We also dove into the importance of design tokens for consistency, the value of cross-functional team collaboration, and how linting helps maintain clean, reliable code.
